James (“Jim”) Edward Farah. Jim is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and holds the following degrees: Doctor of Business Administration, Juris Doctor, and Master of Business Administration. Jim’s professional career spans over the past thirty years, which includes working for United Parcel Service for twenty years. While at UPS, he held various management and staff positions including being one of UPS’s in-house attorneys. Jim has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2000. He is the managing attorney of Farah Law sm Jim is also a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator. He also enjoys teaching business and ethics courses.
David E. Ghannam graduated from the University of Florida with degrees in Business (BSBA, 1986) and Law (Juris Doctor, 1989). He primarily represents clients in all areas of personal injury, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, slip and falls, dog bites, and other insurance, negligence and injury related claims. Mr. Ghannam is licensed in the States of Florida and Michigan, and litigates all types of injury claims in State and Federal Courts.
Ricky P. Bateh was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and graduated from Wolfson High School in 1974. Ricky attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1978 and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry in 1982. While attending graduate school, Ricky began his career in laboratory medicine (clinical chemistry and toxicology) by working in the clinical laboratory at Shands Teaching Hospital. Following his postgraduate education, Ricky received further training in laboratory medicine by serving as a postdoctoral fellow in Clinical Chemistry and Toxicology at Evanston Hospital – Northwestern University School of Medicine.
From 1984 – 1986, Ricky served as a clinical laboratory director in Tennessee with the Hospital Corporation of America. In July 1986, Ricky returned to Jacksonville, FL and set up a toxicology laboratory for St. Vincent’s Medical Center (under Consolidated Laboratory Services) where he served as a laboratory director until 1991 when he entered law school. In 1993, Ricky graduated from the College of Law at the University of Florida and opened a private practice in April 1994. Ricky’s practice of law was complemented by his affiliations with other groups where he consulted as a clinical laboratory director. In 2007, Ricky scaled back his practice of law to part-time and joined the US Navy as a civilian chemist where he currently serves as a laboratory certifying official for the Navy Drug Screening Laboratory.
Attorney E. R. (“Easa”) Mousahas practiced in State and Federal Courts throughout Florida since 1985. He has earned an AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubble, which is the highest level of professional excellence. He has written and lectured in the past regarding Personal Injury Law, as well as Bankruptcy Law, Family law, and Probate.
He is a member in good standing of the Florida and Georgia Bar Associations and is admitted to practice law in all Florida Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Mousa has written publications and presented seminars to attorneys and non-lawyers alike throughout the North Florida Area.
